Can you hold a place before I apply?

No. Applications must be submitted prior to showings.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Typically management will request at least the first month's and/or last month’s rent as a security deposit. All situations may vary.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years of age or older.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

Online through your tenant portal or at the office, during business hours.
